Happy Easter all.
Well its the last day of March so this is my last chance to post this.
Making: Water Kefir. Last month I did a class run by Sharon from The Fermentary on fermented drinks.
Cooking: Nigella’s Meatballs with Orzo and these fantastic Ginger pork meatballs anyone sensing a theme here? Next up is the Street Cart Chicken from Smitten Kitchen Everyday
Drinking : Water Kefir but I am a little concerned how much sugar maybe left in the finished product.
Reading: A Parrot in the Pepper Tree sequel to Driving over Lemons.
Next read: Garlic and Sapphires.
Playing: Still playing podcasts on my walks but have just started playing them in the car too, obsessed much! Bon appetit foodcast and A Plate to Call Home are a few more I’m listening too.
Watching: Billions on Stan.
Next watch: Still waiting to watch Season 2 of The Crown.
Smelling: Smitten Kitchens “Pizza Beans” all cooked and ready for the vegetarian option for our family Easter Sunday lunch tomorrow.
Wearing: Currently a trackie, how very stylish!
Following: Lots of people on instagram. If you’re interested in who I follow this is me and I’ve started an instagram account for my blog – more on that later.
Thinking: Where is the year going??
Sorting: Must sort out my cookbooks. They are taking over the house.
Bookmarking: Blogs that I want to look into further.
Disliking: Negativity. Need to look on the bright side of life and a glass half full mentality is required.
Giggling: At reruns of RHOM .
Feeling: Happy to have a 4 day weekend.
Hearing: Dogs on the beach and jet ski’s on the bay.
What have you all been up to? I’d love to hear all about it.
