A quick and easy treat for your family and friends and it also makes the perfect edible gift for this time of year. Recipe is from @bettertogetherkitchen via @sonnylovescharlie.
Ingredients
- 2 packets Mint Slice biscuits
- 4 packets Peppermint Crisp bars
- 1 100gm pack mini marshmallows
- 400gm milk chocolate
Directions
Roughly chop Mint Slices and Peppermint Crisps.
Combine both with the marshmallows.
Melt chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Pour over the other ingredients and combine well.
Grease and line a tray or square cake tin. Pour mix into the tray and even out as best as possible.
Refrigerate until set. Remove and cut into little pieces.
